SOMAGIL - Electricidade, Lda is committed to managing the organization through a quality management system by managing according to the norms and laws applicable to its activity.
To accomplish the proposed objectives, all of SOMAGIL - Electricidade, Lda’s collaborators and partners’ commitment is essential in order to guarantee the continuous improvement and efficiency of the QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
The company started the quality certification process, achieving its implementation in November 2001 by SGS, in the field of Production, Installation, Careful Assistance of Technical Boards, Electrical and Voice and Data Networks Installation, based on the norm NP EN 9002:1994.
Carried over to norm NP EN ISO 9001:2000
in November 2003, with which it is still
certified until August 24th 2013.
Quality Policy
A SOMAGIL – Electricidade Lda. bases its Quality Policy on the following principles:
• Keep to the commitments agreed with mutual benefit, answering issues quickly, while respecting the regulations and avoiding complaints;
• Satisfy the contracts and commitments, with clients and the product’s legal requirements, thus creating added value;
• Promote the performance and improvement of suppliers in compliance with the specified requirements;
• Represent SOMAGIL to perform, well and quickly, each one’s or the team’s tasks with technical competence, accomplishing the objectives efficiently and complying with safety rules.
